This year I was not sure exactly how Christmas was going to turn out, but God is always good and gave us a spectacular Christmas. I was smart and did the majority of my Christmas shopping for the children months and months before Christmas! So they had a perfect Christmas. Even the adults had an OK Christmas too as far as gifts go. It was not spectacular, but we each got something nice that we needed (PJ's for me and clothes for hubby). Anyway, I just wanted to document this Christmas. I have never done that and I thought it might be nice to start doing that. Heck, someday, I might even go back and post pictures from past Christmas'. I just want to give my kids something to look back on. Yes, I scrapbook, but I thought this might be nice too!
The house was a MESS after all the food and opening of gifts etc. But for those of you who know me well, the floor was mopped, toys put away and the house cleaned up by 6:00pm Christmas Day evening! LOL! Well, I know a little fanatical but at least I woke up this AM to a clean house and ready for a week off from school!
Well, I sure hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I hope there were hearts that were looking toward Jesus this time of year, good food, fun gifts and great family time. See you all in 2012!
