How Do I Enroll In An Online Homeschooling For High School?

From Our Forum a Reader Asks:

I am interested in homeschooling. I will be in the 11th grade, and a friend of mine took online homeschooling to get his high school diploma half the time, because he took the classes all year long. Where would I find a legit class like this? How do I enroll I just need details please!

Here are a few that are all online…
-Liberty Online…part of Liberty University and I BELIEVE that they still offer scholarships to the college for the homeschool students
    -Sonlight
    -Kaplan online high school
Most if not all of these are faith based. The more reputable ones that I know of are. There are some that are not but I am not sure of their credibility. I know Liberty is a great program, as well as Sonlight.

It does have a fee since your out-of-state but it is accredited and you do get to work at your own pace. Just check their website and click on their Applications FAQ and it will tell you all you need to know. You can even take them while still attending regular school. Good luck!

connectionsacademy.com is the best online school!
They lend you all the textbooks you need (even though all of them are available online as well.) It’s great and you can email your teachers with any problems you may have!
And best of all: ITS TUITION FREE!

Penn Foster. You can send in your transcript so you don’t have to repeat classes that you have already taken. :]http://www.pennfoster.com/diploma/index.…
